The property was clean, inviting, and well maintained Terry was the front desk person and he was kind and patient,a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well as the little food bar they had.

We arrived late at night after driving and were met by a very friendly front desk attendant. She was kind and friendly, a relief being so tired! The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was a little different each day and was so good each time. We could happily stay here again!

Great location, very close to most of the attractions we planned on visiting. Front desk personnel was amazing and very friendly! Breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay here if we go to Colorado Springs again.

The staff were amazing. Robert and, can’t remember her name, on swing shift were very pleasant and accommodating. The happy hour was spot on. Even if you don’t drink Robert was friendly and talkative and the others around socialized and had a good time. This is a good add. Made it feel cozy.

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak out our window. Would have been even better on the 3rd and 4th floors. We spent 4 days in Colorado Springs and ventured out to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Florissant Fossil Park, and Pikes Peak, as well as a few breweries and a cidery and restaurants in town. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room and facility was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

So many things to like: Late checkout (midday). Complimentary breakfast. Pool and fitness center. Really large room. Free parking. Close to the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and various stores and restaurants.

I loved that we had a suite type room. The cafe bar was nice in the lobby. staff was on top of anything we needed. Breakfast was very good: coffee tea milk juice, eggs bacon sausage, cereal or oatmeal, and fruit or yogurt. I will stay here again.
